The Social Media Manager is responsible for managing and implementing the organization’s product and solutions social media programs to support brand awareness, engagement, and traffic objectives. The role requires strong execution capabilities, close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners, and the ability to evolve from day-to-day publishing into broader social media strategy development over time.
Key Responsibilities
· Execute product- and solutions-focused social media promotion across the year in alignment with marketing priorities, amplifying reach and engagement for campaigns, NPI, and content assets.
· Act as the primary day-to-day partner to external agencies to manage timelines, approvals, and deliverables.
· Work cross-functionally with corporate communications to co-manage social channels and align on voice and style.
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to distribute pre-baked, approved social content for use on personal and team social channels.
· Review and analyze campaign-level performance reports to contribute insights, recommendations, and optimization opportunities.
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
· At least 5 years of experience executing and managing B2B social media programs, preferably for product or solutions marketing
· Experience partnering with external agencies and managing campaign calendars
· Strong understanding of LinkedIn and B2B social best practices
The expected annual pay range for this position is $111,000 -$145,000. This position is also eligible for bonus opportunities and commission pay. Please note that the final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
