As our Product Marketing Manager, Content, you’ll own the way Retell AI tells its story to the world. You’ll craft the messaging, positioning, and content that help customers understand our product, see its value, and engage with it at every stage of their journey.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role. You’ll work closely with founders, product, and engineering to translate complex product features and customer insights into clear, compelling narratives. From blog posts and landing pages to email campaigns and social content, you’ll shape how Retell AI communicates—making technical concepts accessible and engaging.

Own content creation for product launches, feature updates, and company announcements.
Write and optimize landing pages, website copy, blog posts, and social media content to clearly convey value and drive engagement.
Translate technical features and complex product updates into clear, compelling stories that resonate with customers.
Partner with product and engineering teams to deeply understand our offerings and customers.
Create customer-focused content such as case studies, use cases, and testimonials to highlight real-world impact.
Collaborate on PR and media initiatives, supporting messaging, pitches, and interviews.
Ensure all content aligns with Retell AI’s voice, tone, and positioning.
You have 5+ years of experience creating content for SaaS, AI, or developer-focused products.
You write clearly, persuasively, and at speed—first drafts are strong, structured, and easy to polish.
You’ve shipped a lot of content: landing pages, blog posts, social campaigns, emails, or case studies.
You’re comfortable working closely with technical teams and translating complex topics into engaging, reader-friendly copy.
You’re passionate about storytelling and enjoy using content to drive adoption and impact.
Bonus: Experience marketing to technical audiences, developers, or infrastructure tools.

Experience Screen (30 min): A conversation about your background, how you think about voice, messaging, SEO, and turning complex ideas into clear, compelling copy.

Final Round (2 hours): A live writing exercise where we share real product context and raw details. We’re looking at how you ask smart questions, identify what matters, and shape a clear, customer-driven story — not perfection, but thinking and craft.
