Technical Support Engineer position overview:
Responsibilities
Serve as a technical point of contact for partners during incident escalations, providing clear communication and timely resolution throughout the support lifecycle.
Triage, diagnose, and resolve production issues end-to-end, coordinating across Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to drive effective outcomes.
Monitor and maintain existing integrations proactively, identifying and resolving technical issues before they impact partners or end users.
Rapidly diagnose and mitigate partner-impacting incidents by analyzing logs, data, and integration behaviors across lending and deposit workflows.
Analyze support trends and recurring issues to identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and enhanced system reliability.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
3–6 years of experience in technical support, application support, or production support engineering.
Strong domain knowledge with lending and deposit banking workflows - including loans, credit lines, savings, and checking accounts.
Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON and web services for troubleshooting
Proficiency in SQL, NoSQL databases for data related investigations
Experience with log analysis and monitoring tools for incident diagnostics.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and technical documentation skills.
Base salary
The annual base salary for this position is $90,000 to $110,000 based on experience.
