Lead, Corporate Controlling
Scout Motors is revitalizing an iconic American vehicle brand with a focus on electrification, digitization, and American innovation. The Corporate Controlling Lead will partner with multiple corporate functions to drive budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, and controls while helping define scalable finance processes for a high-growth manufacturing environment.
Skills
- Financial planning & analysis (FP&A)

- Experience with ERP and planning systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Internal controls and transaction oversight

- Stakeholder management and finance business partnering
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary finance business partner to assigned corporate departments and leadership
- Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasting for assigned cost centers, aligning targets to corporate objectives
- Own month-end close activities, validate transactions, and prepare variance analysis versus budget and forecast
- Aggregate corporate function results for reporting and drive KPIs for month-end close
- Support transaction oversight, internal controls, and financial governance
- Identify and implement process and systems improvements to enhance financial planning and reporting
- Prepare and present financial reports and insights to CFO, finance leadership, and business stakeholders
- Coordinate consistent corporate controlling practices across the finance team
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (required)
