Lead, Corporate Controlling

Scout Motors is revitalizing an iconic American vehicle brand with a focus on electrification, digitization, and American innovation. The Corporate Controlling Lead will partner with multiple corporate functions to drive budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, and controls while helping define scalable finance processes for a high-growth manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary finance business partner to assigned corporate departments and leadership
  • Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasting for assigned cost centers, aligning targets to corporate objectives
  • Own month-end close activities, validate transactions, and prepare variance analysis versus budget and forecast
  • Aggregate corporate function results for reporting and drive KPIs for month-end close
  • Support transaction oversight, internal controls, and financial governance
  • Identify and implement process and systems improvements to enhance financial planning and reporting
  • Prepare and present financial reports and insights to CFO, finance leadership, and business stakeholders
  • Coordinate consistent corporate controlling practices across the finance team

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (required)
