Responsibilities
- Execute on-site and remote deployments of Shift5’s platform across customer sites (rail, aviation, defense).
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems to achieve operational readiness.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Customer Success, and Program teams to ensure smooth implementations.
- Drive improvements in deployment efficiency, documentation, and repeatability.
- Operate within secure or regulated OT environments and manage site constraints.
- Support system uptime and resolve production issues impacting customer operations.
- Contribute to scaling field operations by capturing lessons learned and refining processes.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Relevant technical certifications or equivalent field experience considered
- Eligibility for U.S. security clearance preferred
