Responsibilities
- Execute trades across U.S. equity markets in accordance with Portfolio Manager direction, internal guidelines, and best execution standards
- Monitor market conditions, liquidity, and pricing to support efficient and timely execution
- Collaborate with Portfolio Managers, Analysts, Risk, Operations, Compliance, and Technology across the full trade lifecycle
- Generate and analyze trading technicals and flow dynamics to inform execution strategies
- Identify and implement improvements to trading workflows, controls, and operational efficiency
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers and counterparties and contribute to counterparty evaluation
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Relevant trading/markets coursework or professional certifications are a plus
