- Ability to work onsite, extended hours, and travel as required

Responsibilities
- Act as primary owner and reviewer of final plan documents from internal teams and external consultants to ensure submission-ready quality.
- Develop standardized plan sets, minimum standards, and checklists to guide consistent, compliant engineering documentation.
- Assess plan readiness for stamping and submission and advise cross-functional teams on required actions to minimize permitting delays.
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues and optimize designs for constructability and efficiency.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of civil codes, permitting processes, and municipal requirements relevant to Starbase operations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering documentation and QA/QC processes across the site.
- Coordinate with municipal and local authorities during document submission, reviews, and approvals.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (civil or related)
- Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the state of Texas
- Documented experience in civil engineering plan development and permitting
