- Budget management for large capital projects and schedule delivery
Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle delivery of UPW and wastewater treatment facilities from concept through commissioning, startup, and operations.
- Develop and manage design specifications for advanced processes (chemical precipitation, clarification, TMF/UF/RO, EDI, IX, AOP, membrane degasification, solids handling).
- Design, implement, and operate ZLD systems including advanced RO, evaporation, and crystallization technologies.
- Oversee and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams (process, civil/structural, mechanical, electrical, controls) and external EPC contractors to meet aggressive schedules and budgets.
- Grow and manage a high-output multi-disciplinary organization for rapid site build-outs across geographies over time.
- Implement predictive maintenance, SCADA/PLC automation, and continuous improvement for ongoing operations.
- Ensure regulatory compliance (EPA, NPDES) and prepare permitting documentation, technical reports, and environmental due diligence.
- Drive safety-first culture, conduct HAZOPs and risk assessments for hazardous waste handling.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or STEM discipline required
- Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in chemical, environmental, materials engineering or related field preferred
