Responsibilities
- Lead AI integration projects from opportunity identification through deployment, testing, optimization, and maintenance
- Translate stakeholder needs into actionable AI development criteria, validation plans, and operational procedures
- Serve as primary technical interface in meetings and reviews to define requirements, mitigate risks, and verify performance
- Collaborate with subsystem teams to drive program acceleration and ensure end-to-end efficiency gains
- Evaluate and integrate AI capabilities into internal tools (project management, data pipelines, collaboration systems)
- Support prototyping through full-scale rollouts and educate teams on AI methodologies
- Mentor and manage a team of engineers, balancing multiple parallel priorities and delivering reliable results
Education
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, data science, engineering, or related sciences
