Responsibilities
- Manage engineers, specialists, and production technicians across multi-shift operations
- Establish and enforce operational standards, safety protocols, and performance metrics
- Recruit, onboard, and develop leadership and individual contributors
- Partner with production to start up, optimize, and ramp automated assembly equipment
- Drive continuous improvement projects using data, metrics, and root-cause analysis
- Monitor area status, risks, and communicate to leadership
- Create training and development programs to improve quality, throughput, and cost
Education
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or STEM required
- Master's degree in engineering or STEM preferred
