Responsibilities
- Own full lifecycle delivery of MEP and multi-discipline construction projects with on-time, under-budget outcomes
- Serve as overall construction project manager and site superintendent for assigned projects
- Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost control measures
- Coordinate and manage contractors, fabricators, architects, engineers, and trade partners in field and office
- Resolve design and construction conflicts in real-time on site
- Prepare budgetary cost estimates and solicit/assign contracts to architects, engineers, and contractors
- Facilitate city, county, and governmental permitting and approvals
- Coordinate project implementation, track status, and communicate progress to stakeholders
- Coordinate with end users and facilities teams for operations, maintenance, and space allocation
- Support real estate planning and take on ad-hoc projects as business needs arise
Education
- Bachelor's degree in civil, mechanical, structural engineering, or construction management
- 1+ years of construction experience (minimum)
