Skills
- Experience with semiconductor fabrication processes or SPC
- Ability to analyze data and perform root cause analysis
- Knowledge of DOE and statistical methods
- Familiarity with metrology and failure analysis techniques
- Proficiency with JMP and Microsoft Office
- Experience with process documentation and operator training
- Comfort working in a cleanroom and responding to production issues
- Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase yield and efficiency
- Analyze process data and SPC charts; identify deviations and drive root cause analysis
- Design and execute DOE to map and optimize process parameters
- Recommend and implement measures to reduce process variation and improve product quality
- Support operations and maintenance to qualify, troubleshoot, and maintain process equipment
- Document process specifications, OCAPs, and training materials
- Train operators and technicians on process procedures and quality expectations
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and ITAR/export requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or physics (required)
- Advanced degree in materials science, chemical/electrical engineering, microelectronics, nanotechnology, chemistry, or physics (preferred)
