Skills
- Hands-on knowledge of EMC test methods and mitigation strategies.
- Product safety standards familiarity (UL, IEC/EN safety requirements).
- Experience with RF/wireless certification (FCC, CE, RED) and related processes.
- Working knowledge of materials and environmental regulations (RoHS, REACH).
- Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end product compliance and global market access for Starlink hardware (EMC, Safety, Radio, Environmental).
- Coordinate certification programs across disciplines and geographies and manage relationships with test labs and certification agencies.
- Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to embed compliance requirements early in product development cycles.
- Own and maintain technical construction files and support regulatory submissions globally.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve complex compliance issues involving safety, EMC, RF, and materials.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a STEM discipline (required).
