Skills
- Proven Python development experience (4+ years)
- Strong SQL knowledge and familiarity with database structures and query optimization
- Experience building ETL and automation pipelines
- Monitoring, alerting, and reporting implementation experience
- Ability to translate technical solutions for non-technical stakeholders
- Project management and prioritization in fast-paced environments
- Experience with VBA, C#, or similar automation tools (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain high-quality automation to support Starlink customer onboarding, support, and market launches
- Create alerts, monitoring, and reporting to track automation health and performance metrics
- Manage stakeholder requests and prioritize automation work in a scalable manner
- Define and run measurable experiments to validate automation changes and improvements
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and cross-functional Customer Success leads to integrate automation into website and backend systems
- Produce and maintain clear documentation and present quantitative/qualitative updates to leadership
- Own status reporting for automation (health, metrics such as credits issued, throughput, error rates)
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, computer science, or other STEM discipline (required)
- Master’s degree in Business or STEM field (preferred)
