The Training Support Engineer will support the Training Solutions capability by serving as an escalation point during course delivery, monitoring and resolving lab issues in real time, collaborating with Lab Engineering on deployments, and ensuring a high-quality student and customer experience.

Skills
Basic scripting with PowerShell or Python
Familiarity with query languages and REST APIs
Basic understanding of Terraform and Ansible
Experience troubleshooting Windows and Linux environments
Networking and connectivity diagnostics
Customer-facing support and clear written/verbal communication
On-call support experience and ticketing workflow
Ability to create documentation and knowledge base content
Responsibilities
Act as primary escalation point for instructors and participants during training sessions
Monitor health and functionality of training labs in real time and proactively address issues
Troubleshoot and resolve lab environment problems (connectivity, software, configuration)
Collaborate with Lab Engineering and Training Architect teams on course deployments
Respond to support tickets, emails, and calls; participate in on-call rotations
Document troubleshooting steps, create knowledge base articles, and maintain runbooks
Provide technical guidance to instructors and participants to ensure productive training
Analyze incidents, escalate to product/engineering as needed, and suggest product improvements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
Willingness to complete a criminal background investigation
