About This Role
As an Associate Director Marketing Strategist, you sit at the intersection of people leadership and hands-on martech strategy. You will lead a team of 6–8 strategists while personally operating as a senior practitioner on client engagements — shaping lifecycle roadmaps, facilitating executive workshops, and translating complex data signals into strategic blueprints that drive measurable business outcomes.
You’ll act as a visionary martech advisor who defines end-to-end roadmaps for how brands shift their marketing stacks toward orchestration, broaden their use of Braze and the wider martech ecosystem, and design, optimize, and measure customer journeys at scale.
Each Associate Director rolls up to a Delivery Director on a shared set of accounts to drive operational excellence and build a consulting community.
