Responsibilities: Responsible for managing student recruitment efforts, conducting phone interviews, assisting with the application process, and ensuring admissions files are complete while meeting performance objectives.
Skills: Strong detail orientation, customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in computer applications like Excel and PowerPoint are required.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred, along with 2-5 years of proven customer service and/or sales experience.
Location: This position is based out of Nashville, TN, with the possibility of remote work.
Compensation: $20 - $30 / Hourly
Under general supervision, is responsible for handling all aspects of the student recruitment efforts in a fast-paced, results and compliance-driven environment. This position is responsible for helping individuals interested in attending Strayer enroll in the University by responding to inquiries, interviewing prospective students over the phone walking students through the entire application and enrollment process and consistently achieving performance objectives. This also includes partnering with other functions to provide prospective students with the information necessary to determine if Strayer would meet their educational needs such as program offerings, financial options, and satisfying academic prerequisites.

$22.12/hr is the expected starting pay for this position. This offer is based on current budgetary guidelines and additional factors outlined below.
