  • Play the leadership role in quarterly and ad hoc BOD and investor reporting.

  • Drive investor engagement, including owning materials for BOD meetings and investor updates.

  • Forge strong cross-functional partnerships across Superhuman to source and align on strategic priorities and reinforce Corp Dev + IR trusted advisor brand.

Qualifications

  • Transactional experience both in-house (e.g. Corporate Development) and in an advisory capacity (e.g. investment banking, consulting, and/or investing)

  • A track record of experience in building relationships with founders / executives and investors. Extra points if you already have an established network

  • A strong analytical foundation combined with an intense intellectual curiosity related to technology (especially AI), business strategy, and finance

  • Experience leveraging generative AI as a force multiplier for research, analysis, and communication

  • A demonstrated reputation for quality, attention to detail, and initiative

  • A collaboration mindset, the ability to partner and influence effectively across various departments, and a willingness to roll up sleeves to do what needs to be done to make a deal successful

  • Crisp verbal, written, and visual communication skills

  • And please, a sense of humor

  • Has a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
