Responsibilities
- Define program scope, objectives, success metrics, milestones, and delivery plans
- Lead and coordinate multi-workstream, cross-functional programs
- Establish and maintain program governance, cadence, and reporting
- Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies
- Align stakeholders around strategy, execution, and outcomes
- Track progress, escalate issues, and prepare leadership updates
- Document program plans and processes in SharePoint, Planner, or PM tools
- Assist with various program tasks to support delivery
Education
- BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred
