Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Technical Product Managers to deliver on technology pillars and roadmaps
- Plan and execute your team’s portion of the corporate technology roadmap, tracking milestones and outcomes
- Coordinate cross-functionally across engineering, product, operations, and executive stakeholders to align priorities and resolve dependencies
- Establish and propagate program management best practices, acceptance criteria, and documentation standards
- Proactively identify, mitigate, and communicate risks, dependencies, and resource gaps
- Drive change management and maintain clear, concise status updates and action items for stakeholders
- Partner with engineering teams to maintain accountability and monitor health of deliveries
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field or equivalent practical experience
- Advanced degree (MS/MBA) preferred but not required
