Responsibilities
- Define and drive multi-year technical strategy and roadmaps for cross-organizational platform programs
- Architect end-to-end execution frameworks, governance, sequencing, and success metrics
- Own master execution roadmap and resolve cross-portfolio misalignments and tradeoffs
- Partner with lead engineers/architects to evaluate technical approaches and integration risks
- Establish systems of accountability and standards for cross-functional collaboration
- Identify ecosystem-wide technical requirements (security, billing, observability) and integrate them into core designs
- Design and institutionalize program frameworks and technical readiness standards across R&D
- Mentor and develop Principal TPMs and engineering leads to raise organizational execution capability
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience (required)
- Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
