Minimum Qualifications
Business terminal degree (Ph.D. or DBA) from an AACSB-accredited (or equivalent) college of business, conferred by the time the candidate begins the position
Executive and/or entrepreneurial experience with leadership responsibilities, strategic decision-making, and a deep understanding of business operations and goals
Qualifications enabling them to be classified as a Scholarly Academic or Practice Academic under AACSB standards – such as recent Ph.D. attainment, publications, and/or sustained professional engagement through outreach, consulting, or industry-facing activities
Preferred Qualifications
Ph.D. from an institution with an R1 Carnegie Classification, conferred by the time the candidate begins the position
Experience teaching at the university level
Evidence of high-quality undergraduate teaching in a business school
Active involvement in scholarly and/or industry presentations
