Lead, coach, and manage a multidisciplinary team to provide daily manufacturing and process engineering support.
Set and manage day‑to‑day priorities while maintaining a strong floor presence to ensure rapid issue response and smooth production operations.
Ensure compliance with FDA QSR (21 CFR 820), ISO 13485, and internal quality system requirements, including documentation accuracy and change control.
Partner with Quality Engineering to support NCRs, CAPAs, risk assessments, audits, and other quality‑system activities.
Lead or support process validations (IQ/OQ/PQ) and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, throughput, and cost.
Provide direct manufacturing engineering support for SVG product lines, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and process optimization.
Develop team capabilities through ongoing coaching, mentorship, and fostering a culture of ownership, problem‑solving, and right‑first‑time execution.
Drive cross‑functional collaboration to support production needs, resolve technical issues, and align operations with business objectives.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Management, or a related field or equivalent combination of experience and education.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience leading technical teams, projects or managing day‑to‑day engineering operations.
Strong working knowledge of manufacturing processes, data analysis & trending, equipment, and regulated documentation practices.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple functions.
Master’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
Experience in medical device manufacturing or other highly regulated industries.
Project management capabilities in technical or operational settings.
Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, evolving production environment.
