Acelero, Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented ERSEA Assistant dedicated to supporting families in the eligibility, recruitment, selection, enrollment, and attendance processes for early childhood education programs, ensuring compliance with Head Start Performance Standards.
Responsibilities: The ERSEA Assistant will manage enrollment processes, support families with application submissions, monitor enrollment data, and maintain accurate documentation.
Skills: High School Diploma/GED required, knowledge of Head Start Performance Standards preferred, bilingual in Spanish/Crelole is a plus.
Qualifications: Preferred AA/AS in Social Work, Education, or related field; physical exam and background checks are required.
Location: This position is based at Acelero Learning's headquarters in Delaware, USA, with up to 10% local or long-distance travel required.
Compensation: $19 - $19 / Hourly

The ERSEA Assistantis responsible for assuring that the program maintains full enrollment serving the community’s highest need children. This position must be held by an individual who can fully understand the Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment and Attendance (ERSEA) Head Start Performance Standards and is able to implement them accurately at all times.
