Potential Areas of Contribution

• Supporting design, modeling, and analysis of propulsion systems

• Contributing to prototype builds, assembly, and test campaigns

• Developing and maintaining test infrastructure and instrumentation

• Advancing product design with scalable manufacturing methods for high-rate production

• Collaborating across mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing disciplines

• Driving hands-on shop and lab work to accelerate both early learning loops and long-term product development

Qualifications (varies by role)

• B.S. or higher in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field

• Project or professional experience in propulsion, aerospace, or hardware development

• Comfort working in hands-on environments (test labs, shops, or manufacturing settings)

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and adaptability skills

• Passion for aerospace propulsion and startup-style engineering challenges

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offers may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and training, critical skills, and business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in most full-time offers and are considered part of our' total compensation package.
