Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack applications for internal and external users
- Write clean, maintainable Ruby on Rails code and implement modern frontend features (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Decouple monolithic systems into services and create API interfaces
- Collaborate with product, business, and cross-functional teams to deliver customer value
- Contribute to AI/ML initiatives and integrate automation and prediction into platforms
- Ensure high availability, performance, security, and observability of production systems
- Troubleshoot and optimize high-throughput, user-facing systems
- Implement and maintain CI/CD practices, monitoring, and alerting
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (required)
- Relevant equivalent experience considered
