Skills
- Proven project delivery experience across multiple concurrent projects
- Strong Agile practice knowledge and experience applying Agile and hybrid models
- Hands-on use of PM tools: Jira, Asana, MS Project, Confluence
- Fluent with communication and collaboration tools: Slack, MS Teams, Google Workspace
- Program-level risk, schedule, and budget management
- Stakeholder management and customer-facing communication
- Experience working with subcontractors and coordinating external integrations
- Familiarity with DoD environments, CAC/NIPR access, and security-conscious processes (or ability to obtain)
Responsibilities
- Translate customer requirements into actionable project plans and deliverables
- Define project scope, schedules, budgets, and staffing with internal and external stakeholders
- Track program progress to completion, including subcontractor deliverables and integration tasks
- Identify, document, and mitigate program-level risks and dependencies across teams
- Communicate formal program status including schedules, budgets, risks, and decisions to leadership and customers
- Manage customer relationships and represent the company in customer, partner, and contractor meetings
- Orchestrate cross-team ceremonies to resolve inter-team dependencies and unblock delivery
- Work with staff TPM on continuous improvement of processes and tooling
- Balance deadlines and budgets pragmatically against team capacity and priorities
- Plan and execute travel for deployment site visits and program reviews as required
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field preferred or equivalent experience
- Project management certification (PMP, CSM, or similar) is a plus
