Senior Pricing Analyst

Voyager Technologies is a defense, national security, and space technology company building mission-critical solutions. The Sr. Proposal Pricing Analyst will lead strategic and competitive pricing efforts for government proposals, develop cost/price estimates (labor, subcontracts, ODCs, materials), ensure FAR/DFARS compliance, build pricing models, support audits and negotiations, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver compliant, high-quality proposals.

Skills

  • Advanced Excel (complex modeling, pivot tables, formulas)
  • ProPricer experience
  • Thorough knowledge of FAR, DFARS, CAS and TINA
  • Cost estimating and pricing methodology
  • BOE development and quality analysis
  • Proposal preparation and compliance
  • Financial modeling and rate studies
  • Strong written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

  • Lead pricing efforts for RFPs, RFQs, ROMs and white papers with FAR/DFARS compliance
  • Develop, review and validate labor, subcontract, ODC and material cost estimates
  • Build and maintain custom Excel-based pricing and cost models
  • Prepare and present cost proposals, analyses and rate studies to leadership and customers
  • Coordinate with Contracts, Engineering, Operations and Program Management to collect BOEs and historical data
  • Support customer audits, fact-finding, TINA/FAR inquiries and negotiation activities
  • Identify price/cost risks and apply appropriate adjustments to estimates
  • Create and administer pricing databases and ensure implementation across the enterprise
  • Perform financial modeling including cash flow, NPV and IRR analyses for major proposals
  • Ensure proposal deliverables meet internal quality standards and submission timelines

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related discipline (required)
  • Master’s in Business/Accounting/Finance or related (preferred)
