Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end strategy and execution for 0-1 community product initiatives from concept to launch.
- Define and own product requirements, user flows, and acceptance criteria for community features.
- Collaborate with ad monetization and B2B teams to align consumer experience with revenue goals.
- Prioritize and maintain the product backlog and roadmap based on data, market trends, and user research.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing) to deliver high-quality releases.
- Measure and report on adoption, usage, and revenue impact to executive leadership.
- Act as the voice of the customer by engaging with the community and incorporating feedback.
- Operate within agile delivery processes and adapt priorities rapidly as business needs change.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (preferred)
- MBA preferred
