- Supplier audits and onboarding experience
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings/specs
- Familiarity with data analytics and KPI tracking
- Experience with customer quality liaison activities
- Mechanical/manufacturing process knowledge (CNC, sheet metal, additive, injection molding)
Responsibilities
- Perform onsite physical and paperwork inspections at partner facilities
- Conduct partner audits and onboarding activities
- Initiate and manage partner Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA)
- Analyze and act on partner RMA trends to drive systemic CAPAs
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to reduce NCRs/RMAs
- Participate in real-time partner RMA reviews and apply lessons learned
- Provide technical quality support to partners and internal teams
- Review partner deviation requests and escalate nonconformities as needed
- Use data analytics to identify performance trends and opportunities
- Develop partner quality planning, metrics and goals
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- Certified ISO auditor (or equivalent auditing certification)
- Relevant continuous improvement or quality certifications preferred
