Social Media Manager

6sense is a B2B revenue platform focused on helping companies multiply growth, retention, and efficiency. The Social Media Manager will shape and execute organic social strategy to grow 6sense’s influence among go-to-market leaders, create high-impact content, foster community engagement, and activate employee advocacy to amplify the brand and drive pipeline.

Skills

  • Proven success growing engaged audiences on LinkedIn and other B2B platforms
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and editorial instincts for B2B audiences
  • Experience with social analytics and translating data into actionable strategy
  • Community management and engagement experience
  • Ability to activate and scale employee advocacy programs
  • Comfort working cross-functionally and leading social-first ideas

Responsibilities

  • Develop and evolve the organic social media strategy for B2B marketing, sales, and revenue audiences
  • Manage the social editorial calendar and publish high-impact, platform-appropriate content
  • Identify trends and conversations to position 6sense at the center of industry dialogue
  • Foster meaningful community engagement with practitioners, customers, partners, and influencers
  • Design and run employee advocacy programs to increase internal amplification
  • Partner with PR, Events, Growth, Customer, Content, and Product Marketing to amplify campaigns and launches
  • Monitor social metrics, translate insights into experiments, and optimize content performance
  • Experiment with new formats and storytelling techniques to increase reach and differentiation

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or related field preferred
  • Ongoing professional development in social media, analytics, or content strategy encouraged
