Enrollment Coordinator

Pansophic Learning (ACCEL Schools) is a network of high-performing public charter schools delivering inclusive K-12 education through brick-and-mortar, virtual, and hybrid models. The Enrollment Coordinator is a full-time remote role responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and supporting prospective and newly enrolled students and families across multiple regions, documenting interactions in CRM, coordinating with school staff and marketing, and assisting with team training and enrollment events.

Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and phone presentation skills
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building ability
  • Proficiency with CRM/contact management systems
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and follow-up outreach
  • Experience with MS Office, Gmail, and ability to use multiple software programs simultaneously
  • Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to conduct remote appointments via phone and video conferencing
  • Familiarity with K-12/state enrollment rules and regulations
  • Ability to travel occasionally for training and events

Responsibilities

  • Provide superior customer service and support to prospective and current families via phone, email, and text
  • Respond to inbound inquiries and make daily outbound calls to engage interested families
  • Conduct phone/video appointments to assess student needs and fit with school programs
  • Schedule school tours and enrollment appointments for prospective families
  • Provide accurate information on registration requirements, programs, and enrollment procedures
  • Document all family and student interactions in the CRM system
  • Assist with re-enrollment processes and new employee training/onboarding for the enrollment team
  • Serve as initial point of contact for enrollment and registration activities within assigned region
  • Support enrollment events, school registration activities, and community partnership development
  • Ensure activities comply with applicable state rules and regulations
  • Collaborate with Marketing Managers to identify cross-promotional opportunities
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, or related field preferred
