- 5+ years SAP PI/PO experience including design, mapping, configuration and monitoring
- Proficiency with ABAP, Java, and Oracle code
- Experience integrating with ECC, BW, VANS, CAMS, Oracle
- Knowledge of EDI X12, DLMS, MILS and flat file translation
- Adapter and protocol experience (sFTP, FTP, Web Services, Unix, iWay/CICS, SeeBurger)
- PI system performance tuning and troubleshooting
- Experience with S/4HANA workflows, BRFplus and Fiori My Inbox
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- US citizenship and willingness to travel up to 25%
Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and maintain SAP PI/PO systems, adapters, integration engine, and communication channels.
- Design, develop and deploy integration scenarios, mappings and interface code between SAP and non‑SAP systems.
- Monitor and troubleshoot PI/PO interfaces, message flows, and system performance; resolve stuck messages and bottlenecks.
- Coordinate full lifecycle PI implementations from planning through go‑live and operational support.
- Integrate PI with ECC, BW, VANS, CAMS, Oracle and other backend systems and manage adapter/protocol configurations.
- Support EDI/flat file translations (e.g., X12, DLMS, MILS) and related adapter implementations.
- Architect and configure Flexible Workflow, BRFplus, and My Inbox optimizations for S/4HANA process areas.
- Maintain legacy SAP Business Workflows and manage migration/coexistence strategies with Flexible Workflow.
- Lead fit‑to‑standard workshops and advise on minimizing custom development and technical debt.
- Ensure audit traceability and design workflows to meet GAO/IG audit requirements.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Or equivalent combination of relevant experience and training
- Relevant SAP certifications or middleware/integration certifications a plus
