Skills
- Deep Drupal experience (site building, custom modules, best practices)
- Proficiency with Git, Composer, Drush and modern local/cloud dev tools (Lando, DDev, Cloud IDEs)
- Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) and LLM integrations
- Experience with code review processes, secure coding, and CI/CD practices
- Practical debugging and diagnostic skills, including AI diagnostic prompt usage
- Strong communication, presentation and client-facing skills
- Ability to design scalable architectures and integrate search/metadata/third-party services
Responsibilities
- Architect and design Drupal-based solutions and AI-enhanced integrations to meet customer requirements
- Lead and mentor technical teams and partners throughout project delivery
- Onboard to projects quickly, setting up local/cloud dev environments and contributing to development
- Perform and contribute to code reviews ensuring quality and security for human and AI-generated code
- Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and act as technical lead on engagements
- Evaluate and integrate third-party modules and LLM/AI components where appropriate
- Debug issues in area of expertise and create diagnostic prompts for AI-assisted troubleshooting
- Deliver client-facing presentations, trainings, and architecture reviews both virtually and in person
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Relevant professional training or certifications in web technologies, cloud, or Drupal (preferred)
