About the Role
Our client is looking for a Creative Strategist & Paid Media Leadwho operates at the intersection of big ideas and measurable results. This is the most urgent hire on the team—a performance-focused creative role that will own how the brand tells its story across YouTube and paid channels to drive growth for its leadership development app.
This person will lead creative strategy, develop and test ad concepts, analyze performance, and iterate quickly. You’ll collaborate closely with the broader content ecosystem, as well as agency and internal teams, to turn insights into impactful campaigns that drive results.
