Acumatica is seeking a Director of Product Design (Head of Design) to lead and scale our design organization while championing a deeply customer-centric approach to product development.
In this role, you will define and drive the vision for customer experience across the Acumatica platform. You will ensure that customer insights—gathered through research, direct engagement, and participation in the Acumatica community—are embedded into every stage of the product lifecycle.
You will partner closely with Product Management and Engineering to ensure teams have a clear understanding of customer pain points and are equipped to deliver intuitive, high-impact solutions. This is a highly visible leadership role with the opportunity to shape how Acumatica delivers value to its customers through design.
This role reports to the Chief Product Officer.

For this role, the salary range is $210,000-$230,000 annually. This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job and may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience and other relevant elements.
At Acumatica, certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
