• Review records for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information
• Organize and maintain digital files and health records
• Verify data accuracy by cross-checking source documents
• Communicate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies
• Follow company data entry guidelines and quality standards
• Handle all patient information with strict confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines
• Participate in onboarding training and ongoing coaching sessions
