Responsibilities
- Set up new orders following standard work practices and client-specific SOPs
- Confirm and update job milestones accurately and on time
- Monitor airline booking and tracking websites to track shipments
- Provide proactive verbal and written updates to customers on delays and alternatives
- Source and manage driver coverage for order segments and apply situational judgment on incentives
- Handle inbound/outbound communications via phone, email, and text while meeting phone availability metrics
- Escalate issues early and follow escalation procedures from senior team members
- Place orders on behalf of customers unable to use the online portal
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
