Skills
- Hands-on experience with Unanet or comparable ERP systems for government contracting.
- Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse) and recruitment pipelines.
- Proficiency building templates, database design, and workspace organization in Notion or similar.
- Experience with work management platforms (Airtable, Monday.com, Smartsuite).
- Strong data analysis skills and experience building dashboards/reports (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot or similar) and Google Workspace.
- Comfort managing vendor relationships, user access, and system configurations.
- Excellent written documentation and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Own, maintain, and optimize core internal platforms (ATS, ERP, intranet/knowledge base).
- Serve as subject matter expert and internal point of contact for each platform, managing access, configuration, and vendor relationships.
- Identify and implement integrations and workflow improvements to reduce manual work and improve data flows.
- Evaluate and onboard new operational tools as needs evolve.
- Establish and maintain data verification, quality control processes, and SOPs across systems.
- Conduct regular audits of records, project data, contracts, and recruiting pipelines to ensure accuracy.
- Build and maintain an organized Notion knowledge base and intranet, including templates for onboarding, SOPs, and project kickoffs.
- Train and support staff on effective use of systems and the company knowledge base.
- Design, build, and maintain operational dashboards and recurring/ad hoc reports for leadership.
- Translate operational data into clear, actionable insights to support strategic decisions.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, data analytics, or related field preferred, but equivalent experience accepted.
- Demonstrated experience (3+ years) in operations, systems administration, or data analyst roles.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
