Job Description

Position Overview
The Call Center Representative handles inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries and providing support in a professional and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Make outbound calls as required for follow-ups or outreach
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, or promotions
