The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a patient and empathetic attitude, and a strong commitment to resolving customer inquiries efficiently and professionally. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm and patient when dealing with difficult customers.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
