Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Assist project managers in developing and maintaining project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate project activities and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Facilitate communication between project team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Track project progress and update status reports regularly.
- Organize and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Identify potential risks and issues, escalating them to the project manager as necessary.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
