Skills
- Technical fluency with authentication and identity patterns (SSO, SCIM, RBAC, service accounts).
- Experience with cloud and infrastructure concepts (AWS, IAM, Terraform) and IaC workflows.
- Familiarity with integrated tooling stacks including CRM, telephony, automation, and data systems; strong API and ETL literacy.
- Proven vendor management experience (RFP/RFI, pilots, contracts, renewals, escalations).
- Practical experience with enterprise AI concepts (LLMs, agents, connectors, governance, guardrails).
- Ability to engage credibly in architecture and solution design conversations and drive cross-functional decisions to closure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for aligning stakeholders across technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end program management for Business Applications and IT Infrastructure portfolios, from discovery through implementation and operationalization.
- Lead architecture-heavy platform and integration efforts across CRM, identity, telephony, automation, and data systems, running RFCs and design reviews.
- Manage vendor and third-party technical relationships, including evaluations, pilots, contracts, renewals, and technical escalations.
- Drive identity and access programs (SSO, SCIM, RBAC, service accounts, device trust, zero trust) and compliance tooling rollouts.
- Evaluate and deploy enterprise AI tooling and LLM-based solutions, designing governance, connector patterns, observability, and adoption tracking.
- Coordinate data and workflow initiatives across ETL/reverse ETL, migrations, source-of-truth modeling, and business-critical integrations.
- Lead planning cycles and business rhythms for the Internal Tools Infrastructure team, overseeing OKRs and roadmap execution.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent practical experience preferred.
- Advanced degree (MS/MBA) or relevant certifications are a plus but not required.
- Demonstrable professional experience substituting for formal education when applicable.
