Responsibilities
- Own and manage integrated workback plans across readiness, validation, communications, and launch milestones
- Drive program operating cadences (stand-ups, readiness checkpoints, executive reviews)
- Plan and execute end-to-end UAT and validation programs, including ring-based deployments
- Coordinate participant readiness, access provisioning, logistics, and capture structured testing feedback
- Manage phased rollouts with clear entry/exit criteria, office hours, iteration cycles, and issue triage
- Partner with engineering to align timelines, translate field feedback into prioritized insights, and support pilot communities
- Coordinate readiness activities: communications, learning assets, publication workflows, and compliance reviews
- Act as the connective tissue across program leaders, CX teams, learning partners, vendors, and engineering to maintain shared artifacts and aligned messaging
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred or equivalent work experience
- Relevant program/project management certifications (preferred but not required)
- Continuing education or coursework in program management, product readiness, or related disciplines preferred
