Responsibilities: Coordinate onboarding logistics, manage inquiries, and ensure smooth communication between new hires and managers, while addressing operational issues as they arise.
Skills: Proficiency in Google Suite (especially Google Sheets), strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities are required.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience is necessary, along with some experience in HR and familiarity with Workday and Smartsheet preferred.
Location: This is a remote position based in the United States, with no travel required.
Compensation: $15 - $31 / Hourly

The Onboarding Operations Coordinator will be joining the People Team at Amplify and will be responsible for ensuring a smooth, human-centered onboarding experience when automation alone is not sufficient. This role exists to provide frontline support, coordination, and problem-solving that protects new hires, managers, and the broader Onboarding and Employee Readiness team from operational breakdowns.
This is a foundational individual contributor role that plays a critical role in safeguarding employee trust, responsiveness, and care during moments that matter most, especially when issues arise or exceptions occur.
