Responsibilities
- Analyze top-line BD data to identify trends, surface insights, and enable data-driven decisions to meet growth targets
- Own Salesforce hygiene and top-of-funnel process discipline to ensure CRM is a reliable source of truth
- Define and run governance for the BD team and cross-functional partners; prepare meetings, capture real-time notes, and enforce follow-up
- Create and maintain executive-quality decks and a living library of BD presentations and collateral
- Prioritize customer engagements and messaging in alignment with business line priorities and GM direction
- Track BD progress toward targets and communicate clear success metrics to individual team members
- Translate complex datasets into strategic narratives tailored for executive audiences
- Lead special projects such as market research, customer engagement mapping, tradeshows, and event execution
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Preferred fields: Business, Analytics, Engineering, or related disciplines
- Professional certifications or training in project management, analytics, or CRM are a plus
