Skills
- Experience managing supply chain or production in fast-paced manufacturing with complex mechanical/electrical assemblies
- Technical aptitude to read engineering documentation and understand hardware manufacturing processes
- Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems (Oracle, NetSuite) and CRM (Salesforce)
- Proficiency in inventory planning, S&OP, demand forecasting, and material requirements planning
- Strong data analysis skills and familiarity with reporting tools and databases
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day demand signaling, ordering, and inventory for multiple product lines
- Lead S&OP discussions and align supply plans with Sales, Business Development, and Engineering
- Own material flow from raw materials to finished goods and communicate build/buy signals to Purchasing and Manufacturing
- Identify, analyze, and resolve supply issues through cross-functional collaboration
- Maintain and improve MRP/ERP master data, processes, and system configurations
- Report on supply and material health, producing metrics and analyses to inform stakeholders
- Drive initiatives for demand shaping, inventory optimization, and advanced planning models
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field required (engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, economics, etc.)
- Master’s degree or higher preferred
