Skills
- Active U.S. Top Secret clearance (required and maintainable)
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Networking and mesh networking experience
- Systems integration across software, hardware, and robotics
- Ability to rapidly understand complex codebases and systems
- Experience performing data-driven root cause analysis
Responsibilities
- Improve operational capabilities via root cause analysis and tooling for large-scale deployments
- Lead post-mortem events and drive continuous organizational improvement
- Diagnose and resolve issues across cloud, robotics, and mesh networking architectures
- Design and deliver scalable, fault-tolerant solutions for system delivery to customers
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to identify technical solutions
- Create sustainable mechanisms and implementation plans to support organizational scaling
Education
- STEM degree or equivalent technical experience
