Egotistical recruiters that think they know it all when they know nothing, not even basics. Use their “years of experience” to make people who know what they’re doing feel less than. Pathetic interview process. Zero ability to retain talent. Zero ability to recognise talent. Low pay would be fine if you all weren’t full of sh** You’re literally better off posting a job on Indeed as a company. You’re literally better off getting a Fiverr account as a job seeker.
