Skills
- Active TS/SCI clearance (Full Scope Polygraph preferred)
- 8+ years supporting infrastructure, SRE, platform engineering, or forward-deployed roles in US Federal environments
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Linux, networking, storage, and GPU-accelerated workloads
- Experience with FedRAMP ATO, continuous monitoring, and NIST 800-53 controls
- Proven ability to lead classified and FedRAMP-regulated deployments
- Strong troubleshooting and real-time decision-making across hardware, networking, and platform stacks
- Excellent written and verbal communication in classified and executive settings
- Customer-facing technical account ownership and relationship management
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end deployment and bring-up of Armada platforms (Atlas, Galleon with AEP, Leviathan AI Factory, Bridge GPUaaS) in FedRAMP and classified environments
- Execute infrastructure configuration, security hardening, and production readiness validation within cleared constraints
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned federal programs post go-live and own long-term mission outcomes
- Build, maintain, and drive Joint Success Plans (JSPs) to align milestones, adoption, and operational maturity with customer objectives
- Support ATO, continuous monitoring, POA&M tracking, and audits; ensure alignment with NIST 800-53 and agency requirements
- Accelerate time-to-value by enabling early mission workloads and supporting transitions from prototype to production
- Proactively identify and remediate operational risks, security gaps, and scaling constraints in collaboration with Product and Engineering
- Mentor junior cleared field engineers and contribute to federal deployment standards, runbooks, and repeatable best practices
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Security, Compliance, Support, and Government Programs on escalations and roadmap feedback
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred or equivalent experience
- Relevant federal/security training or certifications preferred (e.g., CISSP, Security+)
